Online Orders

  • Except on weekends & holidays online orders are shipped out from Los Angeles the next day.

  • All orders are shipped UPS ground, which normally take 7 – 10 days. If you do not receive your order within the specified period, we appreciate your sending us an email. Providing you good service is extremely important to us.

  • Our prices do not include shipping. The UPS shipping cost will be added and indicated as you order online.

  • So as not to increase the cost of your Virgin Coconut Oil, our packaging is in simple USDA approved PET plastic and glass jars.

    If you are ordering a 16 oz. bottle of the VIRGIN COCONUT OIL, we can ship this to you at a flat rate of $6.00 for continental USA, Canada and $8.00 per pound for shipment to the UK.


How do I purchase online at www.naturesblessings.com.ph?

First, after browsing through the site, choose the items you want to buy and simply put these products into the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. Simply add products to your shopping cart until you are ready to check out. 

Second, when you are ready to check out, review the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon. This will allow you to view the list of products you have ordered, and the corresponding prices. This also enables you to add or discard products. Remember to click the "Update" button to remove items you don't want, to ensure that the correct summaries and amounts are listed. 

Third, after reviewing and finalizing your shopping list, click on the "Check Out" button. This will confirm the final contents of your shopping cart the total number of products, the corresponding amounts, and shipping charges. We will also require the following information:

  • your name as shown in your card

  • your address

  • your tel. No.

  • your e mail address

  • Your credit card number and its expiration date

  • Your Billing Information

After making my online purchases, how will I know whether my orders have been processed? 

Natures Blessing Inc. is fully aware that accuracy and promptness are critical factors when it comes to your orders. As such, we have adopted measures that will allow our customers to track each transaction from order to delivery. 

Customers will receive a confirmation message via e-mail once the online transaction and credit card payment has been cleared by our payment gateway. If a problem arises with the card you used for payment, you will be requested to use another credit card. If you have problems ordering online, you can call our customer support for assistance.

After the order is processed, an e-mail message confirming your order will be sent to your e mail address. Please hit reply to confirm your order. An Authorization Form will be sent to the customer specifying the products/services purchased, total charges, and an order confirmation number indicating that your order has been successfully placed. Please remember this number, as you will be prompted to key-in this information if you request for a tracking of your order.

If you do not receive an e-mail message shortly after placing your order, there is no need to panic. There are some explanations for such situations. There may have been delays brought about by congestion of Internet traffic. You may have also misspelled an entry you made, resulting in wrong specifics on sent messages. How long will the delivery take? 

Delivery will normally take 7 –10 days.

Shipping Policy

Except when indicated otherwise, all products being offered and sold online are delivered within 10 days. 

Shipping Rates will be as follows:

   1. $ 6.00 for the initial pound
   2. $ 2.00 for each succeeding pound.

Rush Orders

We do not provide overnight or next day deliveries. All ordered items will be delivered within ten (10) days from the date of order, credit card approval and address verification. 

Natures Blessing Inc. accepts online orders for delivery to the US and Canada only. To place an international order, kindly email sales@naturesblessings.com.ph 

Delivery is normally to the card holders’ billing address. Delivery instructions to a separate address will require e mail instructions from the card holder.

What other factors may affect the delivery of products/services?

Unless otherwise specified by a posted notice, 

There is a 7 -10 day lead time, from the date the order is placed and approved. Customers are advised to check the shipping schedule for each product/service accordingly. Our customer service will also coordinate with you thru email regarding the delivery of products ordered online. 

In case of extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, national emergencies, and other force majeure conditions, delivery dates might not be fulfilled. Under normal conditions we will adopt all measures to ensure that prompt delivery schedules are followed.

Is it safe to pay for online orders with my credit card? 

Natures Blessing Inc. has adopted the necessary measures to ensure that online purchasing is easy but secure. Information concerning your personal credit card will not be known or used by anybody except those who need it to process your online order. Moreover, your credit card information is encrypted and sent to us over the Internet using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

When will my online purchases be charged to my credit card? 

Natures Blessing Inc. secures the authorization of your credit card at the point of purchase, which is the global standard for online Internet transactions. Whenever problems are encountered in securing credit card authorization, customers will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. Upon verification and approval, orders will be completed and transferred securely to Natures Blessing Inc.. The charges will be reflected in your card within 24-48 hours.

After placing your orders online, you will receive an electronic receipt with an itemized summary of your purchase, together with the corresponding delivery charges inclusive of sales tax.
